LUCKNOW: At least 42 more dengue cases were reported in the city on Tuesday, taking the tally to 1,711 since January. Of those tested positive, two were admitted to Lokbandhu hospital and one at SPM Civil hospital due to low platelet count while others were recuperating at their homes.
“The condition of those admitted in the hospitals are stable and the health department is closely monitoring their health,” said Yogesh Raghvanshi, spokesperson, CMO office.
The highest (4) cases were reported from Aliganj, Aishbagh, Turiyaganj, NK road, Indiranagar, and Chandernagar followed by three from Malihabad, Chinhat, Quiserbagh, and old city areas, and two each from Kakori, Mohanlalganj and Etaunja.
