LUCKNOW: Chief minister Yogi Adityanath termed the BJP‘s victory in the Gujarat assembly elections and Rampur in Uttar Pradesh as an expression of public affection for development, security and good governance. He categorically expressed gratitude to party workers and the public of Rampur where the saffron party registered its win for the first time.
In a tweet, Yogi said, “The huge victory of the Bharatiya Janata Party in the Gujarat Legislative Assembly elections is an expression of the immense affection of the people towards the development, security and good governance of respected Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Thanks to the PM and Gujarat for this tremendous victory. Hearty congratulations to all BJP workers and people.”
Congratulating all bye-election winners in UP’s Mainpuri Lok Sabha and Rampur and Khatauli assembly seats, Yogi especially mentioned the victory of Rampur.
He tweeted, “Bharatiya Janata Party has won the seat of Rampur for the first time, for this, congratulations to all the workers of Rampur, including Akash Saxena and thanks to JanataJanardan.”
The CM expressed confidence that all the winning candidates will be ready to contribute their best in the interest of the people.tnn
